WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Counselling refers to a brief way of working (6-12 sessions) that centres around your behaviour patterns. Psychotherapy focuses on working for a longer-term and draws from insight into emotional problems and difficulties.

SERVICES I OFFER
Your well-being is my ultimate concern. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, gain self awareness and assist you in the healing process. Some issues that I have experience in dealing with are depression, anxiety, alcoholism, sexuality, trauma, domestic abuse, rape, loss, bereavement, childhood trauma, self-harm and suicide ideation.
My fees are £50 / hour. I offer concessional rates to students. I charge a reduced rate of £35 for the first session where we meet and assess how and if we work together.
I offer a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space that will allow you to explore and gain an understanding of the feelings or situation that is causing you unhappiness.
I work both on short term and long term basis, with the aim of enabling clients to live their life more fully.
OUTDOOR GREEN THERAPY
I have a passion for taking therapy outdoors in the restorative, tree-filled, natural spaces that are available in London. I offer Walk 'n Talk therapy sessions in the beautiful outdoor setting of Greenwich Park or Oxleas Wood in South East London. Seasonal hours and certain days only.
